Competition for the development of 6 towers: 3 residential, 2 office and 1 hotel. The tender programme foresaw the construction of small commercial areas on the first 2 floors of the buildings, so we decided to create a common base plate that would contain richer commercial spaces and produce a visitable roof where the buildings' common and leisure spaces would be located.
