An irregularly designed lot with a running waterline was the first challenge to overcome; an extensive program and a controlled budget, the second - the most difficult but also the most challenging.

Access to the site is from a parking lot on a tree slope, a necessary filter in view of the highway that limits it. A pathway develops in a longitudinal direction where perpendicularly the programmatic bodies take place.
