It is proposed to change the interior of the main body of the house, reformulating the spaces in order to increase and qualify all the social area of the house, transferring the private areas to the new body to be built. All this by adopting a contemporary, simple and effective language. The entrances, both pedestrian and automobile, are made to the west, through differentiated gates, as the pedestrian access gate moved next to the automobile access gate, giving continuity to the latter, simulating the existence of a single access.
