Preliminary Study for a residential complex for the elderly, which seeks to promote a close experience that allows the creation of neighborhood ties between the various residents of this urban agglomerate.
Each module seeks to promote an independent life for each inhabitant without neglecting the architectural constraints inherent to the target population, seeking to combine the traditional volumetry of a dwelling with the lines of modern architecture.
